I have seen and used several different apps that lay claim to being the best, most comprehensive, easiest to use but this app has it all. With the recent update and addition of the calculator’s it has become a first line reference tool for my everyday practice. I happen to know several of the contributor’s that helped put this app together, all of which are expert clinician’s. So for those of you who have negative comment’s I would say if you provide the company with your concerns or constructive criticism I am sure they will do their best to improve their product and satisfy their customer’s. Keep up the excellent work guys.

This is without a doubt the best app I own. I have several on my iPhone but use this one exclusive. Wish it had came out first and saved me a few bucks. I used the RSI guide the other day for the first time. Thanks for all the hard work that went into the development of this app……  VaMedic

I work as a remote site medic in West Africa and in the 2 days I have had this app I already find myself thinking “How did I get by without this?!” I find the material to be accurate, easy to navigate, and suitable for self education in my down time. This easily replaces the 4 (!) other apps I was using before for reference.
Thank you to the developers for taking the time to make this app as good as it is!…….Matt The Medic

Outstanding reference for Prehospital and hospital providers. One of the easiest interfaces developed for iphone. Video’s are amazing for EKG and Balloon pump. RSI calculator is amazingly fast and accurate. Great Job well worth the expense ! Does what its claims Superb!………Karl Brennan

This is a great app for surgery, medicine, and anesthesia residents doing their ICU rotation. It covers everything you need to know from drips, abg interpretation, overview of vents, tips for vent management according to abg results, infusions, medications, normal radiology studies with detailed anatomic landmarks, Updated ACLS algorithms… Definitely a must to have during an ICU rotation!……SurgeryMD

No more pocket reference books in my lab coat, just 1 app on my iPhone! Actually more than I need. Will definitely pass this on!……..Excel307

Critical is the app I have been waiting for! As a Critical Care Paramedic and Educator, I am acutely aware of the need for accurate and easy to use reference materials. Patients suffering much higher acuity and complexity over a wide range of disease and injury states, require focused and skilled providers capable of meeting their needs. The complexity and variety of patient conditions makes reliable memorization of all necessary information impossible. This is where the Critical App shines!
